3. Concept design and price planning: we will submit conceptual drawings for your approval. Then we will present a final proposal for your project.
4. Construction Phase: CVT will prepare all construction documents and obtain all necessary building permits. We will then prepare the site and your project begins.
5. Project Completion: Upon completion of the construction we will conduct a walk-through of the entire project with you and agree upon a "punch" list.
