Craig Van Tine serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of CVT Contracting. He began his construction career at age 16 with Riefler Concrete in Western NY, as Assistant Project Manager and worked his way up to Head Estimator, until he graduated from college. Craig received his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and Business Administration from Clarkson University. After relocating to the Northern Virginia area, Craig worked for HDR Engineering as a Project Manager. He has overseen projects between 50k - 5Mill. In 2000 Craig decided to branch out on his own and started CVT Contracting.

Kimberly Van Tine serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for marketing, quality assurance, and overseeing the accounting functions of the CVT Contracting. Kim earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Buffalo State College in May 2002.

Rita Thakur serves as Accountant and Office Manager. She came to CVT Contracting with three years of accounting experience in Trust work and the credit card industry. Rita received her Bachelor of Science in Physics and is currently enrolled in post-undergraduate accounting courses, in pursuit of becoming a CPA.
